MAG: Terras Gauda, O Rosal 2023

Bodegas Terras Gauda was founded in 1990 in the O Rosal Valley, within the Rías Baixas region of north-western Spain. Their mission has always been to produce top-quality wines with their own personality; only using indigienous varieties grown and vinified according to the tradition of the area, whilst harnessing the most advanced technology and the using utmost care to produce some truly sensational wines. O Rosal was the estate's first wine, and is made from a blend of 90% Albariño and 10% Loureiro. The nose is incredibly aromatic; clear floral and fruity aromas of ripe peach, mandarin and lychee, supported by some subtle earthy, mineral and delicately saline notes. The palate is fleshy, full of fruity flavour and deliciously unctuous. A vibrant acidity and that classic saltiness carries the intense, long and super enjoyable finish. Perfect with seafood.
